SHIPPING POLICY
At Haniken Jewelers, we do not charge our customers for shipping and handling. Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Haniken Jewelers does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes. Haniken Jewelers is able to accept P.O. Box addresses for your billing needs.
We will make every attempt to fill your order as quickly as possible. We ship most orders within 48 hours. If your order cannot be shipped within seven days after your order is confirmed, Haniken Jewelers will notify you by e-mail or phone. For rush orders or stock inquiries, call our Customer Service department at 732.636.3911.
We do not ship out UPS orders on Saturday or Sunday, or for weekend delivery. All orders will be 2nd Day Air by UPS with insurance included. Please note that a signature will be required in order for parcels from Haniken-Jewelers.com to be delivered. We will email you the UPS tracking number of your parcel once it has been dispatched. Please make sure that you or someone you trust is available to sign for the package upon delivery.
PRIVACY POLICY
We understand that privacy is an important issue for visitors. Any personal information that you may give us including your e-mail address, is used to fulfill your information request and stored in a database for marketing purposes. If you review or download information, we track the visit to give us information about which part of our site is frequented. We do not sell or provide the information collected or stored about you to third parties. If required by law or by a court order, we may disclose your information.
ORDERS
Haniken-Jewelers.com site uses an order form for customers to request products and services. This form collects your name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and financial information (like credit card numbers). You may choose not to provide this information, but then you will not be able to place orders via the Haniken-Jewelers.com site. Again, any personal information that you may give us is used to fulfill your information request and stored in a database for marketing purposes.
RETURN POLICY
Items are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in unused, unaltered, in original condition, and saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Haniken Jewelers), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral materials. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $200 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Haniken Jewelers anywhere on the outside of the box. Simply write it as Haniken J. You will be liable for the return shipping fees.
*Haniken Jewelers will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
SECURITY
Our site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. When you place orders or access your personal information on-line, we offer the use of a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Personal information is stored behind a secure network firewall monitored by a tier-1 Internet service provider, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Credit card information is deleted from our Internet server 72 hours after your order is received. From time to time, we review our security procedures in order to consider appropriate new technology and methods. Please be aware though that, despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable
